Product Overview

The Renault NVH Test System is a highly integrated vibration and noise analysis platform designed for quality inspection and fault diagnosis of rotating machinery such as electric motors, oil pumps, and water pumps. Offering exceptional measurement flexibility, it can be seamlessly embedded at the end of production lines as an automated quality control module, deployed flexibly at customer sites, or used as a standalone analytical device in laboratories. The system's core objective is to real-time, automatically detect vibration and noise anomalies during production to enable quality interception, while providing deep data insights for R&D and fault analysis. Leveraging multi-channel synchronous acquisition, the system simultaneously accepts inputs from accelerometers, microphones, and tachometers to ensure absolute signal consistency across vibration, noise, and rotational speed. Through real-time spectral analysis and order tracking algorithms, complex signals are precisely decomposed to isolate features directly linked to rotational orders.
