The core members of LERO's R&D team come from top universities such as the National University of Defense Technology, Tsinghua University and Zhejiang University, including one doctor and five masters. With nineteen years of industry experience, LERO focuses on the R&D, production and service of automated testing equipment for new energy vehicle parts, robots, drones, eVTOL and flying cars.

In core technology, LERO specializes in EOL testing, FCT testing and NVH testing, covering electronic water/oil pump testing, CDC suspension system testing, thermal management testing and robot joint motor testing. With strong R&D capabilities and high-quality service, LERO has become an automated testing equipment supplier for leading enterprises such as BYD Auto, Meihu Zhizao, Feilong Shares and Dechang Motor.

As the first enterprise in China to develop open modular wind tunnels (wind walls), LERO focuses on drone, eVTOL and flying car testing, providing full-scenario testing equipment and integrated solutions. The group built the largest wind wall in central-south China for Wuhan University of Technology, and has reached strategic cooperation with the Guangdong Aerospace Technology Research Institute and the Wuhan Low-Altitude Economy Cross-Innovation Research Institute.
