Product Overview

The LERO-MOT-EOL-01 is an automated end-of-line quality inspection system deployed at the final stage of production. It performs comprehensive functional testing on fully assembled motors to ensure they meet performance and quality standards before shipment. Key features include high customization, full automation, and operational stability. The system supports three test modes: - **FCT (Functional Circuit Test):** Zero-point calibration and static current detection. - **No-load Test:** Measures voltage, current, speed, and stall current. - **Loaded Test:** Applies precise load via a servo motor while real-time monitoring torque, speed, current, voltage, and NVH parameters. It generates performance curves, calculates efficiency and power, and evaluates motor behavior under various loads. Equipped with high-precision fixtures, the system ensures accurate motor alignment for one-touch fully automated testing. Test results are displayed in real time with automatic pass/fail (OK/NG) judgment. Complete test reports can be uploaded to the MES system for full traceability and optimized production cycles.
