Product Overview

The Reine EXV Performance/Durability/EOL Test Bench is an integrated system combining high-precision control and measurement, automation, safety, and reliability. Its core objective is to comprehensively, efficiently, and reliably validate the performance, consistency, and durability of Electronic Expansion Valves (EXVs). The system comprises a high-precision control and measurement module, multi-channel parallel test fixtures, a medium circulation and temperature control system, a safety protection unit, and a central control computer. After setting parameters via the Reine test software, the system performs automated testing, generating parameter curves such as flow-vs-opening, pressure-vs-time, and current-vs-time, while recording all test results. Key features include modular design, compatibility with multiple valve models, and fully traceable test data with MES integration support. The test bench can execute various tests, including flow characteristic testing, forward and reverse internal leakage testing, valve opening pulse testing, and maximum operating differential pressure testing.
